3. Digital Music Purchases
Music and digital downloads purchased through music.sunset-studios.one are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Customers may:
- Download purchased content
- Store content on personal devices
- Use content for personal listening
Customers may not:
- Redistribute purchased files
- Upload files to public file-sharing services
- Resell purchased files
- Claim ownership of copyrighted material
All intellectual property rights remain with the respective copyright owners.
4. Studio Retreats and Accommodation
Retreats and accommodation are provided subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Respecting the property and other guests
- Complying with local laws and regulations
Sunset Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking in cases of abusive, dangerous or unlawful behavior.
5. Payments
Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
We do not store credit card information on our servers.
6. Refund Policy
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If technical issues prevent access to purchased content, we will provide reasonable assistance and replacement access where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Websites, including text, graphics, logos, music, recordings, photographs, videos and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written permission.
8. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the Websites but do not guarantee continuous availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunset Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Websites, digital products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant purchase or booking.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
